Refund Policy for DgiKart

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where the product key or digital license is found to be invalid, non-functional, or already used at the time of purchase.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Proof of issue (screenshots, error messages, etc.) must be provided when requesting a refund.

Non-Refundable Products:

  • We do not offer refunds for digital products that have been successfully delivered and activated.
  • Any issues caused by incompatibility, customer error, or system requirements not being met will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, customers must contact our support team at support@dgikart.com
  • We will verify the issue and respond within 2 business days with a resolution.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days using the original payment method and the same will be reflected in your bank account within 7 to 10 days.

Replacement Option:

  • If a product key or digital license is found to be invalid, non-functional, or already used at the time of purchase., we may offer a replacement key within 1 business day, however due to the nature of these digital license, the customer is fully liable to prove his case to get a refund or replacement.

Chargebacks and Disputes:

  • If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact and resolution efforts, the customer may be blacklisted from future purchases.
